Our Process
KMS renovation projects breakdown into three stages:
Deconstruction or demolition of the old bathroom. Our team removes and tears down the old bathroom-- including removal of the bathtub, toilet, vanities, lighting, etc. This step is done carefully to ensure damage is not done to the drywall or your home’s structure. Our team is highly-skilled and we will not leave a mess behind.
Construction of the new bathroom. After demolition, our crew arrives and construction of the new space begins. Whenever possible, we minimize our impact on your daily life and we aim to finish the project as quickly as possible while still guaranteeing our quality work.
Final bathroom walkthrough. Our service ends with a walkthrough of the new space with our clients. We will explain all of your new features down to the smallest detail, thoroughly explaining how to use any new fixtures or technology. KMS offers a 2-year warranty on our work, but our team will also inform you of any warranties for products installed in the renovation.
KMS also applies for all applicable development permits from the City of Edmonton, ensuring all necessary paperwork has been completed. We act as the liaison for the client-- our team prioritizes scheduling inspections and communicating with officials as needed, so you don’t have to!

Our team handles all of the work tied up in ordering product, scheduling for delivery or pickup and storing it until needed.
