"Jack from KMS plumbing worked in our house on two occasions in last summer (July 2016); first time he came to fix the pipes for our basement shower drain. We were very pleased with his work. When our hot water tank stopped working, we contacted him again. He fixed the hot water tank as well. We do not have any issue with the shower or hot water tank so far. He was punctual, organized, completed his work efficiently on time, and cleaned work place before he left. He provided us quotations in advance with reasonable price and we paid accordingly. " Jack took up the concrete in my basement and installed rough in for a bathroom, he installed all piping and a backwater valve, after the shower toilet sink was installed he then hooked them up. I was impressed with the quality, upgraded products he used. Even the inspector commented on the quality of the back water valve. Quality job with reasonable prices. "Woke up August 9th to no hot water for a shower. Hot water heater had sprung a leak from bottom so went to Home Depot website to hunt for a new one. New 40 gallons were reasonable price but the install was the same price as the water heater and that didn't seem right and a 2 day wait for install for that price seemed excessive to say the lest. So looked to Kijiji.com for a licensed plumber called several times and they gave me an inflated quote. Jack gave the $199 install and Cost of the heater was $550. Fast fair friendly service."
